Kairos Health is built for dental practices whose front desks cannot call every overdue patient or catch every inbound call. It connects to practice management software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, and Eaglesoft, then finds patients with overdue cleanings, unscheduled treatment, or benefits about to expire and calls them to book onto the schedule. It also answers inbound calls 24/7, books against the practice's provider availability and appointment lengths, and verifies insurance before the visit. The public launch is from Y Combinator's Fall 2026 batch, and the company is based in San Francisco. Kairos says it is already live in 16 locations across the United States, including one of the biggest independent groups in Manhattan. For those practices, it reports an average of 46 hygiene and treatment appointments booked each month and 179 missed calls answered. Practices that sign up this month get half off for life. Adhira Tippur, Sanjana Kavula, Tanush Chintala, and Aditya Jain founded the company. Tippur grew up helping in her mother's dental practices, which inspired the product, and Kavula studied computational neuroscience at Rice University. Chintala leads engineering after working as a software engineer at AWS, and Jain leads product after working at the New York Stock Exchange.
