Predicts each patient's health future to change outcomes early
What Concurrence launched

Today, we’re introducing the next chapter of Concurrence and the world’s greatest leap toward Superintelligent Care. When I was 13 I lost my mom to cancer that should’ve been caught earlier. We’re building a system that sees every patient’s future in time to change the outcome https://t.co/MOkLgjFqs8

About the launch
Concurrence, formerly Amigo, builds a data and AI platform for health systems, biopharma companies, and public health agencies. It unifies each organization's records into a Health World Model and deploys clinical AI agents for work such as patient intake, medication management, and clinical decision support, with each interaction written back into that shared context. This launch opens a research program aimed at forecasting how an individual patient's health may unfold, early enough for a clinician or an agent to act on a different plan. The core research object is a patient digital twin, a model of one person's clinical state, prior response to care, and context the medical record often misses, updated as new information arrives. Agents in live workflows are meant to capture details between visits, including why a medication was stopped or a follow-up was missed, and feed them into the Health World Model so possible care paths can be compared. Concurrence reports that its agents have already supported more than 10 million patient interactions. A multi-year partnership with Databricks is designed to run each organization's Health World Model on infrastructure the institution already governs. Ali Khokhar, co-founder and CEO, is a former Google and Upwork product leader. He has framed this launch around losing his mother to cancer that should have been caught earlier. He co-founded the company with John Xing, CTO and a founding member of the Databricks Data + AI team. Dr. Jay Shah, a cancer surgeon who served as Chief of Medical Staff at the Stanford University School of Medicine, is chief medical officer.
