The source of truth for high-speed teams
What Falconer launched

Trillions are pouring into the race to build the first general superintelligence, but leveraging your own specialized know-it-all is now possible as of today. I built the knowledge systems at @stripe and @uber. Then I helped Anthropic, Metronome, and Graphite build a killer https://t.co/AA7QESV236

About the launch
Falconer is an AI knowledge base for engineering teams, and for the product, support, and operations people who usually have to interrupt them. It connects GitHub, Slack, Linear, meetings, and existing docs, writes structured pages from that material, and proposes updates when a pull request changes related code. Questions in Slack, the web app, or coding agents such as Claude and Cursor over MCP come back with citations to the file, ticket, or thread, and Knowledge Health flags contradictions, gaps, and pages that have drifted from the codebase. This launch puts the internal knowledge base and customer documentation in one platform. Public Docs, in beta, publishes a customer-facing site from the same base that already tracks the product, so external pages can change when the code changes. Teams are handing more of that work to agents, which read whatever they are given before they write code or answer a customer. Falconer keeps that company-specific record current and available to both. Dave Nunez, co-founder and CEO, spent nearly ten years building knowledge infrastructure at Stripe and Uber, co-authored Docs for Developers, and advised Anthropic, Metronome, and Graphite on documentation. Maxi Benedetto, co-founder and CTO, built Uber's knowledge platform and internal search, then was an early tech lead at Meta Superintelligence Labs. They founded Falconer in San Francisco in 2025 to offer that maintained record as a product, with cloud, single-tenant, and self-hosted options for teams that need code and conversations to stay in their own account.
