Noon is a workforce security platform from Aikido Security for employees outside the engineering team. It combines email protection, device protection, AI governance, and phishing simulation training in one system. Email protection detects phishing and business email compromise that native filters miss, then removes those messages. Device protection covers malicious packages, browser extensions, and risky websites and apps. AI governance shows which AI tools, models, and connections people use and applies policies by team. Training recreates attacks employees actually face, including deepfake voice calls, SMS, QR codes, and multi-step campaigns, with lessons in Noon or in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat. AI has made targeted phishing, voice clones, and campaigns across email, text, and calls cheaper to produce and easier to scale. Employees are also installing AI tools and connecting agents to company systems, often with little visibility for security teams. Aikido, founded in Ghent in 2022, built its platform to secure the software developers ship, from code and open-source dependencies through cloud and runtime. Noon is the extension to the rest of the company. It is built on two acquisitions completed in September 2026: Poland-based Cyberly, founded in 2024, which brought AI-driven attack simulations and AI usage visibility, and Belgium-based Outkept, founded in 2020, which brought email security and phishing awareness training. Both founding teams remain and are leading product development.
