About the launch
Liquid Energy sells AI inference to companies of any size from factory-built modules called NanoDC. Each unit arrives with compute, solar panels, batteries, cooling, and networking, unfolds its own solar array on site, and comes online without a grid connection, construction, or a water supply. The company says a signed contract can reach a first token in under eight weeks, at a time when new data centers wait years for power and permits. A NanoDC can be deployed anywhere in four weeks and turned on in 30 minutes after delivery. It runs on sunlight during the day and batteries at night, uses patent-pending high-density air cooling, and connects to the internet over Starlink. Liquid Energy says it has 20 units and can manufacture 2 MW per month, with a plan to reach 20 MW per month over the next year. The first units are going live in November 2026, and thousands are scheduled to ship starting in 2027. The company is based in Waterloo, Canada, and is in Y Combinator's Fall 2026 batch. Sid Ravikumar (CEO), Sajan Khosa (chief commercial officer), and Arsh Sekhon (president) are launching after three years in stealth.
