About the launch
Blueberry's Social Broadcasts lets consumer brands send a Black Friday offer to customers they already know, inside Messenger. A brand uploads an email or SMS list, or pulls a segment from its CRM. Blueberry matches those contacts to Messenger profiles and delivers the message. The company says the sends are Meta-approved, with no spam or ban risk. Agents then handle each reply separately, answering product questions, following up before the sale ends, and pointing people to the right product. In the launch walkthrough, those agents can also prefill a cart to finish the purchase. The launch is timed for BFCM, when the same offer is already competing for attention in email and SMS. It extends Blueberry's existing agents, which reply to people who engage with organic posts and ads on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube and tie those conversations to sales. Social Broadcasts starts from the owned list rather than waiting for a new comment or ad click. Co-founders Nima Mozhgani and Sean Rich say Mellow Sleep, Vestaboard, and Livfresh are already running broadcasts. Through BFCM, the company is guaranteeing new customers at least 3x ROI, or a refund.
