Conversion is launching Mosaic, an attribution and reporting layer built natively into its agentic marketing automation platform . It is aimed at B2B marketing ops teams and demand gen leaders who want to know which campaigns actually generated pipeline without stitching together UTMs, CSV exports, and a Salesforce managed package. Marketers describe what they want in plain English and agents build the report , which can then be filtered, drilled into, and saved to a dashboard.
The pitch turns on where the data lives. Because Conversion already runs the emails, forms, webinars, and campaign membership syncs into Salesforce, Mosaic treats every touchpoint as a first-party record instead of reconstructing the buyer journey after the fact, which is how attribution tools that sit outside the marketing platform tend to dump the majority of pipeline into a Direct or Unknown bucket. Attribution data flows back into the same platform that runs the plays, so agents can flag campaigns that stopped producing, ad platforms can bid against revenue rather than form fills, and touchpoint tables sync to Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift for the data team.
This launch matters because it closes a gap Conversion left open earlier in the year, when co-founder and CEO Neil Tewari shipped Conversion Agents as the company's first agent layer inside a marketing automation platform. Mosaic gives those agents a reporting substrate to act on, and it lands as Conversion is actively positioning against Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, and Eloqua for enterprise MOps teams looking to replace legacy tools.

The reveal that Neil didn't know he was in the video is the most on-brand thing for a marketing automation launch. Chaos IS the product demo.

The 'nobody told me' bit lands because it's true energy. Way better hook than another founder in a black tee monologuing at a whiteboard.

Ok wait, 'agentic marketing automation' is doing a lot of work in that tagline. What's actually agentic vs just a scheduled workflow with a personality?

Cuts in the first 8 seconds are way too tight for a CEO cold-open. You needed one breath before the tagline hits, right now it feels like the edit is bullying him.

Cool cool cool but where are the webhook docs. If Mosaic is firing agent actions I want to know the retry semantics before my Slack lights up at 2am.

Retry with exponential backoff and a dead letter queue or I riot. Also please expose a sandbox mode, testing marketing agents in prod is how careers end.

Hot take: half the martech stack collapses into products like this over the next 18 months and the other half pivots to 'AI-native' in their footer.

The kerning on 'Mosaic' in the title card is fighting for its life. Tighten the 'os' pair and it stops looking like two words.

What's the headcount that shipped this? Genuinely trying to calibrate my own delusion about what two people and a Postgres can do.

We built something adjacent at my last shop in 2019 and killed it because attribution was a nightmare. Curious how you're handling multi-touch inside an agent loop.

Attribution inside agent loops is the actual boss fight. If you crack that story the enterprise pipeline writes itself.

Before my team can even open the demo: SSO via Okta, SOC2 Type II, and a DPA. If those exist please put them one click from the homepage.

Writing about the agent-layer-for-GTM space this month. Would love 10 minutes with you before Friday if you're open, no gotchas I promise.

Fifth martech launch this month calling itself agentic. At what point does the word just mean 'has an if statement and a vibes engine'?

The thumbnail is Neil looking mildly betrayed and it's honestly the best CTR bait I've seen this week. Whoever picked that frame deserves a bonus.
