How Serro launched coordination for coding agents on X
Keeps coding agents in sync with team updates
What Serro launched

Your coding agents are fast now. The problem? They can move just as fast in the wrong direction. Miss one update, and they can spend days building the wrong thing - costing you tokens and engineering time. That's why devs are still glued to their monitors. Meet Serro: the https://t.co/P8sPD2pEYX

About the launch
Serro is an agentic technical program management platform for product and engineering teams whose coding agents can move as fast in the wrong direction as the right one. When a requirement changes in a meeting or a chat, those agents often keep building the old plan, and the team pays in tokens and engineering time. The launch is for engineering managers, product managers, TPMs, and the agents working next to them. Serro is built to carry the new direction into shared program state before more work continues. It maintains a live, program-indexed memory of goals, decisions, scope, risks, dependencies, and history, updated from signals in GitHub, Slack, Google Drive, and meetings. A new update is matched to the programs it belongs to. If the meaning is unclear, Serro checks with the people who own the decision, then writes the result into shared state so agents continue from the current constraints. Leaders get a view of each program by name, where it stands today, and the history of how it got there. On the product site, that workflow sits on four systems: alignment for current program memory, loops that track metrics and work over time, agent governance for real-time collaborative prompting, and program analytics for temporal reasoning at scale. Jake Kim, previously an engineering manager at Apple, founded Serro in Mountain View to take on that horizontal coordination job. The launch is open for demos at serro.ai, and it includes packaged program automations for repeated reporting and context work so a team can connect existing programs without assembling the memory layer by hand.
