Quest, from New Quest AI Inc., is a personal AI advisor for people trying to find and finish the projects they care about, whether that is learning to surf, finishing a half marathon, or remembering to take out the trash. You talk to it as Q. in iMessage, by text or voice. It connects to email, calendar, location, and health, studies that record, and writes a memory it uses to plan, track progress, and message you when something relevant happens, such as arriving in a new place or finishing a workout. The launch requires full access to your life so the agent can assemble that memory before it starts advising. From the first day, Quest creates 100-plus wiki files about you and maps your relationships. It keeps its own Android phone so it can use messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok, and it builds a custom iOS mini-app around each quest. It can also manage other assistants, including Instinct and Muse, on your behalf. Quest reacts to more than email, and its proactive behavior changes from your feedback and its own mistakes.
