the cut from trigger setup to Slack message landing was suspiciously clean. was that a real latency or a video editor doing the lord's work?

hot take: this is the last major 'app' launch we'll see before everything collapses into a single agent runtime. ship it now while launches still mean something.

the voiceover pacing on the demo video was genuinely tight but the transition into the memory section felt rushed. one extra beat and it would've slapped.
