About the launch
Antigen Remediation is an agent for security and engineering teams that turns a confirmed exploit into a reviewable fix. After tCell, Antigen's offensive testing agent, finds a working attack path, the remediation agent prepares the change. Code fixes are opened as a GitHub pull request, and cloud, permission, and service configuration fixes are written up as steps for the team to apply. The agent can also open issues in Linear, Jira, or GitHub and request missing access in Slack. Engineers review and merge in their normal workflow, and a change does not reach production until they approve it. Once the fix is deployed, tCell reruns the original exploit. If the attack still succeeds, the finding reopens with new evidence and the agent drafts another patch from what the retest showed. Antigen calls this cycle of detection, remediation, and verification the Defense Factory. Teams can use the built-in remediation agent or pass the same step to Cursor Cloud, Devin, or an agent they build with the Antigen SDK, including hooks that fire when a pull request is complete or on nightly CI. The launch is for software, financial services, healthcare, retail, and government teams whose shipping pace outruns a scheduled pentest and a written report. Antigen is a San Francisco company from Y Combinator's Fall 2025 batch, founded by Abdullah Nauman, previously in product at Google Ads and machine learning at Google Search, and Saad Jamal, previously on machine learning infrastructure at Tesla Autopilot. It is backed by Y Combinator, Lightspeed, DST Global, and Susa Ventures, and customers can run it managed or self-hosted inside their own network.
