Zethos pulls commitments out of Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, and meeting notes and turns them into a to-do list for founders and operators whose follow-ups live in threads rather than a typed list. This launch takes the product out of beta. In beta it scanned 220,000 emails and messages, and the company reports extraction accuracy above 96 percent. Downloads before December 3, 2026 are free through that date, and those users lock in a discounted rate of $5 a month. After you connect an account, Zethos reads the last 48 hours and fills a list of open commitments, each with a next step and the docs, links, and threads that belong with it. You review what it found and decide what to move. When a promised reply or attachment goes out, the same read-only connection marks the commitment done. Related commitments cluster into projects, and the list also tracks what other people still owe you. Zethos does not send email or write back into the accounts you connect. Reply and schedule actions open the original app with context filled in, and you send from there. Founder and CEO Aditya, a Z Fellow, is shipping native apps for Apple Silicon Macs and iPhone, so the list can keep watching inboxes with the browser closed. Commitment extraction runs through Anthropic's Claude. Zethos does not train on user data, and the ledger is stored on Cloudflare in the US.
