Rox is an AI platform that builds and runs revenue agents, software workers that generate pipeline, execute deals, drive renewals, and handle other sales motions alongside human reps. Co-founder and CEO Ishan Mukherjee previously helped build in-house customer and revenue systems at New Relic, and co-founder and product lead Diogo Ribeiro did the same at Lacework , and the company frames its product around three layers that sit between raw data and the agents themselves, including a connective "revenue harness" that plugs into existing systems of record.
The launch matters because Rox is opening a platform that has so far run inside large enterprises to any team that wants to self-serve. Rather than replacing existing systems, Rox integrates with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk and ERPs to turn company data into an agent swarm that autonomously monitors, engages and manages customer relationships , and the company says customers including MongoDB, Together AI, and Xbow have already shifted budget from legacy CRM and SaaS toward this model over the last two years.
For founders and go-to-market leaders evaluating the growing category of AI sales tools, the pitch here is depth of deployment rather than a new demo. Rox describes itself coming out of beta as an open, globally available revenue agent platform after scaling to millions of revenue agents for Global 2000 customers , which gives operators a way to test agent-driven pipeline and account management without stitching together the data plumbing themselves.

The tweet trails off mid sentence and I still clicked. Ishan cooking with that cliffhanger copy.

Global 2000 to public launch is a weird arc. Usually the enterprise stack collapses under a self-serve UX, curious how you're threading that needle.

Revenue Agents as a line item on the budget instead of CRM is a bold framing. Sales ops leaders are going to have opinions.

Watched the launch video twice. Whoever cut the pacing on the customer logo montage deserves a raise, the beat drop on MongoDB was chef kiss.

Before I even look at the product: SSO? SCIM? SOC2 Type II? Our procurement team eats agent startups for breakfast.

Same question but add data residency in the EU. If the answer is 'on the roadmap' we can keep walking.

Every demo I've seen in this category is a scripted happy path with one perfect lead. Show me the agent handling a bounced email and a CFO on PTO.

The Potemkin village comment is unfair but also I have not seen a single agent demo with a genuinely angry prospect. Somebody film that.

Naive question but if the agent books the meeting, sends the follow up, and updates the pipeline, what exactly is the AE doing on Tuesday?

Curious what the underlying planner looks like. Is this ReAct style tool use or something closer to a scripted workflow with an LLM narrator on top?

Pricing page is going to be the real launch. Per seat is dead, per agent is scary, per outcome is a math problem nobody wants to audit.

Ishan's thread structure is textbook: brag, list logos, tease the drop, cut off mid sentence. I hate that it worked on me.

Portfolio company in the RevOps space told me their reps stopped touching the CRM after installing something like this. Directionally this is where the market goes.

Reps not touching the CRM is either the dream or a compliance nightmare depending on which VP you ask.

One more thing for the roadmap: let me spin up an agent from a Slack message. If I have to open a dashboard to hire my robot salesperson I've already lost.
