Rotating signing secrets via API is the unsexy feature I've been begging for. Now I don't have to click through a dashboard at 2am during an incident.

Manual replay endpoint is nice but I want to know what the rate limits look like when I'm replaying 50k events after an outage. Asking for a friend who is me.

ok wait, so the dashboard is now basically a frontend for their own public API? that's how you know they actually dogfood.

Headless everything is the new serverless everything. I'm here for it as long as the SDK types don't make me cry.

The tweet format with the little squares is doing heavy lifting. Five bullets, scannable in two seconds, no fluff copy pretending to be a manifesto.

The launch cadence here is honestly the model. Small, shippable, one screenshot, no 14-tweet thread about the journey.

Everyone building email infra right now and meanwhile my inbox is 90 percent LinkedIn notifications. The developer email market is a rounding error.

hot take: 'everything in the dashboard is now in the API' should be the default state of every SaaS, not a launch announcement. glad they did it though.
