Polar for GTM is a new mode inside Polar, an AI browser aimed at knowledge workers, that turns a short brief into hours of outbound and account research work. A user hands the browser their ideal customer profile and a plain-language task, and Polar's agents run inside real web sessions to find accounts, research target companies, identify decision makers, enrich lead records, write back to spreadsheets, monitor reply threads, and draft follow-ups. The launch is aimed at founders, SDRs, and revenue operators who currently stitch this workflow together across LinkedIn, data providers, CRMs, and Google Sheets tabs.
The timing follows Polar's broader push into agentic browsing for professional work. Polar came out with an AI-first browser aimed at knowledge workers and raised a $5.7 million seed round led by Madrona, with CEO Kevin Jiang having previously worked at Perplexity on Comet. The company was founded by Kevin Jiang, Vishaal Ram, and Howard Zhong, a team with backgrounds from MIT, Perplexity, and quantitative funds , and its angel backers include former GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke and Modal founder Erik Bernhardsson .
The GTM launch narrows Polar's general-purpose agent into a workflow that revenue teams already understand, so buyers can evaluate it against tools like Clay, Apollo, and standalone SDR agents rather than treating it as another consumer browser experiment. Polar has said its browser is deliberately not focused on mass consumers and instead targets knowledge work, where browser agents tend to be more valuable. Users can save recurring prompts and schedule the same GTM playbook to run on a cadence, which is where the "30 seconds of typing into 100 hours of work" pitch is meant to land.

The jump cut from empty sheet to enriched pipeline at 0:14 did more selling than any voiceover could. Whoever edited this earned their coffee.

30 seconds of typing turning into 100 hours of work is either the best pitch of the year or the fastest way to spam 100 hours of wrong emails.

Any chance you'd hop on a quick call this week? Working on a piece about browser-native agents and Polar keeps coming up in my notes.

Naive question, but when Polar guesses the wrong decision maker, does the sheet just quietly get poisoned or does it flag confidence per row?

Every GTM agent demo works beautifully on Notion and Stripe as the target account. Show me it enriching a mid-market HVAC distributor in Ohio and I'll believe.

Ohio HVAC distributor is the new ImageNet for GTM agents. Someone please make this benchmark real.

This is like the 6th browser-agent launch I've clicked this month and the first tweet copy that actually told me what it does in the first line. Rare.

Is the browser running client-side or are you spinning up remote Chromium sessions per task? Asking because 100 hours of parallel work has a very specific infra bill attached.

Curious how you're handling LinkedIn's ToS when the agent is scraping decision makers. Not being difficult, genuinely wondering what the legal posture is.

The launch video's pacing is nice but the thumbnail is a screenshot of a spreadsheet. You built an AI browser and picked Excel as the poster.

Cool demo. What does week 4 retention look like once the novelty of watching a browser click around wears off?

Would love a 'watch mode' where I can see every action queued before it fires. Trusting an agent to update my CRM unsupervised feels like giving my intern the company credit card on day one.

Been building something adjacent for 3 weeks, was about to launch, now rethinking the whole thing. Congrats I guess, back to the drawing board.

The GTM agent market isn't growing, it's just the same 400 seed-stage AEs buying every tool that promises to replace them. Change my mind.
