Incredible is a voice-controlled AI assistant for Mac and Windows that carries out real work inside the software you already use. Users hold a hotkey, speak a command in plain language, and watch an AI agent carry it out on screen across any application, including legacy enterprise systems. Instead of chatting with a model in a separate window, you tell your computer to open apps, find files, click through websites, type, and complete multi-step tasks across your browser and desktop.
The launch matters because it marks Incredible's public debut after a significant pivot. The Jönköping-based startup, originally operating as VISS.AI, was co-founded in early 2024 by Philip Alm and David Bacelj , and pivoted in spring 2026 toward voice as the primary interface. An earlier release to a few thousand AI enthusiasts converted 150 paying customers, but the team found that only about 5% of onboarded companies could actually work with autonomous agent tooling , which pushed them to design something ordinary employees in non-technical verticals could adopt without learning a new interface.
The pitch to founders, operators, and investors is straightforward. Rather than replacing workflows with a chat box, Incredible sits on top of existing apps and legacy systems, driven by low-latency voice, which lowers the adoption barrier for teams that have historically been slow to pick up AI. The company recently closed roughly $2 million in seed funding from Starbright Invest, Spintop Ventures, and a group of Swedish angels and operators, and the founding team has been in the Bay Area meeting early enterprise customers ahead of a broader public release.

The voiceover in the demo is doing a lot of heavy lifting. Would love to see one unedited take where the assistant actually misclicks and recovers.

ok wait, if this actually handles messy multi-tab workflows without hallucinating buttons, my Notion is unemployed. shipping voice-first is a bold bet in a keyboard-shortcut world.

curious what retention looks like at week 4 once the novelty of talking to your laptop in an open office wears off. voice UX has a social cost nobody models.

Every voice-on-computer demo since 2011 has looked incredible in a controlled kitchen. I'll believe it when it survives my nephew's Chrome with 47 tabs.

The tweet says 'we change how the world uses computers' and then the link is literally 'just say'. respect the copywriting economy here.

Been chasing your team for a week for comment on the underlying stack. Open invite if you want to walk through the architecture on the record.

This might be the last major launch in this category that isn't fully agentic by default. The mouse era is officially in hospice.
