HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach platform aimed at agencies, sales teams, and lead generation operators who need to run coordinated campaigns across many sender accounts at once. Users connect every LinkedIn seat on their team, pull qualified leads in through native integrations with outbound tools , and let the system handle profile visits, invites, and follow-ups while rotating sends across accounts to stay within LinkedIn limits. Every reply from every account lands in a shared inbox so the whole team can work the pipeline together.
This launch centers on two things worth noting for buyers. The pricing model offers an unlimited plan at $1,999 per month covering unlimited LinkedIn sender accounts , which reframes the per-seat math that most outbound tools force on scaling agencies. The product also now plugs into Claude, so operators can describe the campaign they want in a chat interface and have HeyReach build the target list, draft the messages, and launch the sequences without opening the app.
The company was built out of Skopje, North Macedonia by co-founders Nikola Velkovski (CEO) and Stefan Kotevski (CTO) , and it serves sales teams and lead generation agencies running multi-sender sequences with a unified inbox . The 2026 launch positions HeyReach as an AI-assisted control layer for outbound rather than just another sequencer, aimed at teams already juggling dozens of LinkedIn seats across clients.

Bedrooms in Skopje to 17M ARR is the kind of origin story that makes SF founders nervously refresh their WeWork invoices.

Video pacing in the launch reel is actually clean. Whoever cut the first 8 seconds understood the assignment.

The tweet buries the lede. 'Buggy af at first' is doing more work than any pitch deck I've seen this quarter.

Curious how you're thinking about the LinkedIn ToS cat and mouse game going into 2026. Happy to keep it off record if easier.

Unlimited senders one fixed cost is a spicy pricing choice. Either your infra is bulletproof or your finance guy is heavily sedated.

We built something almost identical internally in 2019 for enterprise BD. Nobody used it because ops refused to warm the domains, curious how you solved that.

Ok but what does net revenue retention look like when the whole thesis depends on a platform that can kill your accounts at will.

This is basically the last big LinkedIn outbound tool that isn't wrapped in seventeen agents pretending to be SDRs. Enjoy the vintage while it lasts.

Naive question but if I have unlimited senders what stops me from just adding my whole extended family and their dogs.

LinkedIn outbound as a category is cooked in 18 months. Everyone's inbox is already a graveyard of 'saw you liked a post about leadership'.

Any public docs or API surface for the sender orchestration? Would love to peek under the hood before recommending to my community.
