Monaco is an AI-native revenue platform aimed at startups that need to build a sales motion without stitching together a dozen tools. The platform replaces legacy CRM and disparate sales point solutions, acting as an all-in-one system of record that builds your TAM, runs outbound, captures every interaction, and manages pipeline in one place. Today's launch moves the product from beta into general availability, opening it up beyond the hypergrowth companies Sam Blond onboarded during the private rollout.
The company is co-founded by Sam Blond, formerly a partner at Founders Fund and CRO at Brex, Brian Blond, a partner at Human Capital and former managing director at Sutter Hill Ventures who previously served as CRO at multiple startups, Abishek Viswanathan, former chief product officer at Apollo and Qualtrics, and Malay Desai, formerly senior vice president of engineering at Clari. That mix of go-to-market operators and product engineering leaders shapes the pitch, which is that founders and early GTM hires should be closing deals rather than assembling a stack. Monaco previously entered public beta with over $35M raised, led by Founders Fund , and has since added a Series B led by Benchmark.
The GA release matters now because the product category is crowded with point tools for prospecting, sequencing, enrichment, and pipeline tracking, and Monaco is betting that early-stage teams will consolidate on one system rather than integrate five. Early customer feedback has emphasized speed of activation, with users reporting that their entire TAM was built on day 2 and outbound sequences were running the same day . For founders evaluating whether to start on Salesforce, HubSpot, or Attio, this launch is the moment Monaco becomes a real option to consider alongside them.

16 points added to MoM growth rate is the kind of number that makes me want to see the cohort definitions before I say anything nice. Which customers, over how many months, and what was the churn floor?

Retention data would go a long way here. Growth rate lifts are easy in the first 90 days, the interesting question is what month 7 looks like.

The jump cut at 0:07 into the dashboard shot is genuinely nasty work. Whoever cut this launch video understood that nobody is watching past 12 seconds unless you earn it.

ok wait, an AI sales engine that actually ships instead of promising an SDR agent that gets stuck in a loop? I'll believe it after I break it this weekend.

Who's hiring on the GTM side over there? I know a forward deployed engineer in Lisbon who would eat this problem for breakfast.

I've been telling my portfolio to look at this for six weeks. Feels great to say it out loud now.

Tagline rewrite, on the house: 'Monaco. Pipeline, on autopilot.' You can Venmo me later.

The tweet buries the lede by leading with GA. The 16 point stat should have been the hook, not the sixth line down.

Curious what the pricing model looks like at GA. Seat based will cap you, usage based will scare CFOs, and hybrid will confuse the AEs selling it.

If the AI is doing the outbound, the margin question gets weird fast. Inference costs per closed deal is the number I would want to see on the deck.

Building something adjacent, about 3 weeks from launching. Would love to compare notes on how you handled the beta to GA transition without breaking existing workflows.

Kerning on the wordmark in the thumbnail is off by a hair and now it's all I can see. Otherwise the palette is a nice break from the standard purple SaaS gradient.

First 3 seconds of the video do all the work here. Product shot, number on screen, founder face. Textbook retention hook.

Is this basically Salesforce with a brain, or something structurally different? Asking because I keep hearing 'AI sales engine' and thinking of ten different products.

Hot take: the CRM category peaked in 2019 and everyone since has just been putting a chat window on top of it. Willing to be proven wrong here.
