$6.2B for models that watch gameplay and press buttons is either the most obvious bet of the decade or a very expensive Twitch subscription. I genuinely can't tell yet and that's kind of thrilling.

ok wait, action-labeled video as the substrate for a world model actually makes way more sense than scraping another trillion tokens of reddit slop. curious what the eval story looks like beyond cherry-picked demos.

Tagline rewrite, on the house: 'Models that move.' You're welcome, keep the 220 mil.

We had something conceptually similar in a 2019 internal deck at a certain search company and it got killed for 'unclear product surface.' Watching this land at 6.2B is a specific flavor of pain.

Cool cool cool but where are the docs. Give me an endpoint, a rate limit, and one honest latency number and I'll believe the 'realtime' part.

Seconding this. 'Available' is doing an unspecified amount of heavy lifting in that tweet.

The video is well shot but you buried the actual model output at 0:38, that should've been the cold open. Nobody's sitting through a mission statement before they see the thing move.

Onboarding question that nobody asked: what does the first five minutes of using this feel like for someone who isn't already building a game engine? Because right now the landing page reads like a physics paper wearing a hoodie.

Fair, though I'd argue foundation model labs get a temporary pass on consumer polish. Temporary being the key word.

Been quietly following these folks for a while and this round feels earned. The 'acting in space and time' framing is going to get copied by six other decks by Friday.

Hot take: this is probably one of the last frontier labs to raise before every announcement tweet is written by an agent that also negotiated the term sheet. Vibes are shifting fast.

Action-labeled video data at this scale is a network in disguise. Someone's going to try to tokenize the labeling pipeline within a year and I will laugh and also click.
