Catch is an AI executive assistant that takes administrative work off the plates of busy executives, handling inbox management, calendar coordination, travel booking, meeting prep, and outbound phone calls on the user's behalf. The product is aimed at founders, senior operators, and other decision makers who currently burn hours a week on scheduling back and forth, hotel and flight logistics, and morning briefings. Rather than suggesting or summarizing, the agent is designed to execute, learning preferences over time so users do not have to configure workflows or fill in blank templates.
The company is coming out of stealth alongside its public launch. Nir Sabato, previously in charge of strategy at Fiverr and BLEND and an early-stage investor at Entrée Capital, is the CEO, and Yoav Ramon, the first employee at Hi Auto and former CTO at Nym, is co-founder and CTO. Before writing any code, the team spoke with more than 100 executive assistants at banks, consulting firms, and startups to map the tasks worth automating end to end, which is why the initial surface area is deliberately narrow rather than a general-purpose agent framework.
The launch matters right now because it lands in a market crowded with agent demos that rarely make it into real workflows. Catch positions itself against tools like Howie, Superhuman, and Jace, arguing that most alternatives stop at reminders and suggestions , and against the no-code "build your own agent" trend. Financial transactions require explicit approval in chat before booking , and many users pair Catch with Claude or ChatGPT, using those tools for analysis and writing while handing execution tasks to the agent . The public rollout comes with a $5 million seed round co-led by Entrée Capital and Pitango, with Seedcamp and Factorial Capital participating, and hundreds of paying customers already on the platform after a four-month private period.

The 'not suggest, not summarize, do' framing is the only positioning that matters in this category right now. Every other assistant is a very polite intern who never touches the keyboard.

Watched the launch video twice. The pacing in the first 8 seconds is doing a lot of work, whoever cut that earned their fee.

Tweet copy is clean but that '>>' before the link looks like a Discord ping from 2019. Ship the launch, then ship a copywriter.

Booking travel is where these agents go to die. If Catch can survive one United schedule change without hallucinating a hotel in the wrong city I will personally write the case study.

Executives who hate admin work also hate onboarding new tools. Curious how you're solving the 'I don't want to explain my preferences to a robot' problem.

Any docs on how the agent handles calendar conflicts across timezones, or is that a black box for now? Asking as someone who broke three assistants trying to book Tokyo to Lisbon.

So you built an EA that doesn't sigh when I reschedule the same meeting four times. Bold.

Building something adjacent in the scheduling space and honestly relieved you went horizontal across email plus travel plus calls. Leaves the vertical lanes open for the rest of us.

The admin assistant market has been shrinking for a decade because execs just use their phones. Not sure an agent flips that.

Been prototyping something in this space for months and you shipped a real launch page while I'm still picking a font. Respect.

This is one of the last launches I expect to see where the assistant category doesn't have 'agent' baked into the core loop from day one. Everything after this either does the work or dies.
