Antifailure spins up a disposable copy of a company's production stack for every pull request, then runs the proposed change against it before the code merges. The system pairs masked Postgres, contained third-party APIs, and agents that use the app like people , so schema migrations, background workers, and integrations get exercised on something shaped like the real system rather than a clean, empty staging box. When the pull request closes, the twin deletes itself.
The product is aimed at engineering teams whose deploy volume has outgrown human-tended staging, particularly as coding agents open more pull requests than reviewers can babysit. Under the hood it bundles an Isolated Twin, a Safe State layer for sanitized production-shaped data, a Side-Effect Firewall that swaps live Stripe and email for stateful simulators, a Load component that replays traffic shaped like production's access log, and a Migration Safety check that surfaces exclusive locks, table rewrites, and query plans before they hit customers. The engine is open source and runs inside existing CI with no account, while a hosted control plane connects to GitHub repositories.
The launch is posted by Vir Sanghavi (@VirSanghavi13), who frames the pitch around a specific gap: Series A through Series D pipelines that were built for human review cadence and now have to absorb agent-generated changes. The video leans on outages like the July 2024 update that grounded thousands of flights and a 2022 configuration change that knocked out 911 access for millions of Canadians to argue that testing on a small clean copy no longer resembles the environment a change will actually meet. Antifailure's bet is that a same-size, same-shape, self-destructing twin per PR is a more honest gate than the mix of staging, review tools, and ad hoc tests most teams ship with today.

Opening a launch tweet with your age is a bold speedrun. Half the replies will be about the number, not the product, and you clearly know that.

'Solved' is a strong verb for a two tweet thread with no docs link visible above the fold. Where does part 2 send me?

'Disposable production twin' is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. Are we talking real traffic replay or vibes-based mirroring?

Adjacent founder here doing ephemeral envs. Rooting for you, but 'disposable twin' and 'preview environment' are going to need a diagram to distinguish.

The jump cut at 0:14 in the demo video is criminal, you had a real moment there and edited right past it.

Rewriting your tagline for free: 'Ship to a twin. Break nothing in prod.' You can venmo me later.

Claiming you solved CI/CD in tweet one is the kind of confidence that either ends in a Series A or a very funny quote tweet screenshot.

16 year old founder tweet, screenshot of terminal, bold claim. The launch playbook is starting to feel like a Mad Libs.

How is state handled on the twin? Databases, queues, third party webhooks? That is where every 'production clone' pitch quietly dies.

Spinning up a full prod twin per deploy has a compute bill that will make someone's finance team cry. Curious what the pricing model looks like at agent-shipping volume.

Genuine question, not a dunk: what is the fidelity guarantee versus prod? A twin that diverges silently is worse than staging.

The thumbnail is a wall of terminal green on black and I still don't know what the product looks like. Give me one hero screen.

If this is real, procurement will still want SOC2, SSO, and a DPA before letting it near their prod topology. Any timeline on compliance?

There is prior art on shadow traffic and record-replay testing going back years at big infra shops. Would love to hear what is actually novel in the twinning approach.
