Selfdrive from Superapp is an AI marketing agent for iOS apps that coordinates Apple Search Ads, App Store optimization, a website and SEO, and UGC creator campaigns, using App Store Connect analytics to plan work and report progress daily. It is aimed at solo developers and small iOS teams who ship apps but lack the time or expertise to run four separate growth channels. The launch matters because paid acquisition, organic search, and creator marketing on the App Store usually require different tools and specialists, and Selfdrive attempts to collapse that work into one agent that runs overnight.
The setup starts by connecting an existing App Store app, either one built in Superapp or any other listing the user owns. From there, four sub-agents handle the channels: Apple Ads runs search ads within a set budget and feeds results back into the listing for organic traffic, ASO uses proprietary keyword data to find terms that pull free traffic, the SEO and GEO agent builds a site and writes content aimed at both Google and ChatGPT answers, and a UGC agent writes creator briefs, reviews applications, hires creators, and messages them with performance-based pay for approved videos. The founder sets the ad budget with spend going to Apple through their own Apple Ads account, listing changes and creator videos require manual approval before going live, analytics stay scoped to the agent, and individual channels can be toggled on or off.
Pricing is straightforward, with Selfdrive included in the Superapp Max plan at $100 per month, bundling 230 credits that also apply to building apps, while ad spend and creator fees are billed separately. Superapp itself is a native iOS app builder that generates Swift code, and the company says it is built by a team of engineers formerly at Bolt, Grammarly, Wix, and MacPaw . Selfdrive is launching in beta, with UGC marked as an alpha channel, so expect active iteration as more apps come through the pipeline.

The voiceover in that launch video sounds like a Calm app meditation about keyword bidding. Weirdly, it works.

Calling it Selfdrive is bold given Apple's own ad algorithm already drives half the car into a ditch. Curious how you handle the override logic.

An agent that negotiates with UGC creators on my behalf is either the future or a lawsuit waiting to happen. Possibly both.

First 10 seconds of your demo buries the hook under logo animation. Lead with the dashboard pulling in a UGC creator and watch retention jump.

The thumbnail has four competing focal points and the gradient fights the product shot. Please let the screenshot breathe.

What's the actual reinforcement signal here, install volume or post-install LTV? One of those gets you a cool demo, the other gets you a business.

How many people shipped this? If it's under four I'm closing my laptop and going for a walk.

I remember when ASO meant stuffing keywords in your subtitle like it was 2016. Glad to see the field has evolved into stuffing them with a transformer.

Already told three of my iOS founders to try this before the tweet finished loading. Chat soon.

Cool product, but imagine if creators got paid in a UGC performance token tied to install attribution. Just thinking out loud.

Reminds me of the early thesis behind one of our portfolio tools in the Shopify agent space. Vertical AI growth is finally having its moment.

Sorry if this is dumb, but what happens if Apple Ads flags the account for suspicious automated bidding? Does Selfdrive handle the appeal too?

Any chance of SSO and a SOC2 report? Our mobile team wants in but legal will not let me buy anything that lives on a Stripe checkout.

If this works, half the mobile growth consultants on LinkedIn need a new title by Q2. I'm okay with that.
