How Showroom launched a browser app for mockup previews on X
Previews designs across all Photoshop mockups at once, in the browser
What Showroom launched

Introducing Showroom, an app that lets you see your designs in every mockup at once, not one after the other. Drop in your Photoshop mockups, add images or videos, adjust layer properties, export a folder or a video. All in your browser, your files never leave your computer. https://t.co/i3ZSr6A1Lq

About the launch
Showroom is a browser app for designers who already own Photoshop mockups. Drop in PSD or PSB files that use smart objects, place an image or video once, and that artwork appears across every mockup at the same time, on billboards, posters, store windows, and devices, including flat, curved, and cylindrical screens. Layer properties can be adjusted, then the set exports as PNG, JPG, or WebP images, an MP4, or one ZIP. The files open on the computer and are never uploaded, and Photoshop does not need to be installed. Working from PSD mockups usually means opening each file, replacing the smart object, and exporting before moving to the next one. Showroom puts those placements in one view so the same design can be checked everywhere before anything is exported. With no mockups on hand, a background photo can be the starting point, with images layered into a finished scene. Seyi Oluwadare, who leads development as a partner at Studio Null, launched it, and it is free to try.
