About the launch
Polylane for Cloudflare watches Workers, Durable Objects, and Workflows for teams running production apps on Cloudflare, and follows those apps into the databases, queues, and storage they depend on. When behavior drifts or an alert fires, one agent investigates across code, logs, and recent deploys, then opens a pull request if the fix is in the repository. That pull request still goes through review and CI. The account connects with a single read-only Cloudflare token, so the agent reads production without a write path into the cloud account. The company is launching this on a stack it already runs. Polylane itself uses Workers, D1, Workflows, Durable Objects, Queues, and R2. In the launch post, Boris Tane wrote that they run it on their own production account and merge about 8 pull requests a day. Cloudflare logs and metrics already count as telemetry, so detection can start without a separate observability tool. Polylane is built by Coreplane Labs, a San Francisco company founded in 2025 by Boris Tane. He previously founded Baselime, the observability platform Cloudflare acquired in April 2024, and then led the Workers observability team at Cloudflare.
