Helena is an autonomous marketing agent from Enrich Labs that runs Meta and Google ads, email flows, and SEO content, then grades its own work and rebuilds what underperformed. This launch puts Helena directly inside iMessage and SMS, so founders and small marketing teams can approve drafts, pause ads, or bump budgets by replying with a single word from a lock screen instead of opening a dashboard. The pitch is aimed at operators who spend their days in meetings and want campaign oversight to happen in the same thread as the rest of their texts.
The interaction model is push, not pull. Helena reaches out when something changes, such as a Meta spend spike, an overnight traffic surge, or a competitor launching campaigns against your keywords, and she also sends drafts of new blog posts, email campaigns, and other assets for approval before they go live. The launch matters now because it collapses the loop between an alert and a decision, which is where most marketing automation still forces a context switch back to a browser.
Seijin Jung, CEO of Enrich Labs, announced Helena, and previously worked at Meta, Udemy, and OpenStore before co-founding the company. Enrich Labs has built Helena alongside a broader roster of specialized agents, including Sam for SEO and GEO, Kai for social listening, and Angela for email marketing , positioning the iMessage release as the consumer-facing surface for a stack that already runs in the background.

An AI marketer that lives in iMessage is either genius or the fastest way to accidentally launch a campaign while replying to my mom. Curious which one Helena is by Friday.

The 'reply one word and she handles it' pitch is dangerous in the best way. My one word is going to be 'no' 40 times a day.

If Helena had a token that let me vote on her ad copy I'd be a customer today. Just saying, the loyalty layer is right there.

Launch video cuts are clean but that opening beat needed one more second to breathe before the SMS notification hits. Otherwise the sound design is doing a lot of heavy lifting for you.

Compared to the last handful of AI marketer launches I've seen this quarter, skipping the dashboard entirely is the boldest positioning move. Everyone else is still shipping charts nobody opens.

Been building something adjacent for 3 weeks and now I'm going to be building something adjacent for another 3 weeks. Great launch though, the SMS angle is sharp.

Ok but what happens when Helena texts me at 2am about a Google Ads budget and I sleep-reply 'k'. Asking for a friend who is me.

How are you handling delivery reliability on iMessage vs SMS fallback? Green bubble users are going to be the first ones to file bug reports and you know it.

'Self-improving' is doing a lot of work in that tagline. What's the actual feedback loop, human ratings, campaign outcomes, or something spicier under the hood?

Look, in 2019 we called this 'a marketing agency with a phone number' and we paid them in checks. What's actually new here besides the vibes.

The tweet copy is doing exactly what the product does: one line, one action. Rare to see a launch where the copywriting matches the product philosophy that tightly.

Every non-agentic marketing tool shipping this month is basically a museum piece already. Helena texting you decisions is the correct shape, everyone else will retrofit this in 6 months.

Counterpoint: the addressable market for 'founders who trust an AI to run their marketing over SMS' is smaller than the Discord you built it in. Prove me wrong I guess.
