Codos is pitching itself as a virtual Chief AI Officer for mid-sized enterprises, a software layer that runs an AI transformation program end to end instead of leaving it to consultants or internal task forces. The platform interviews employees across an organization, identifies automation opportunities, and deploys agents across functions , with the whole stack designed to run on the customer's own servers rather than in a shared cloud. This launch matters because most enterprise AI spend has yet to translate into measurable P&L movement, and Codos is packaging the diagnostic, prioritization, and deployment work into a single product with an on-prem "company brain" that C-suites can query directly. The team is led by CEO Dima Khanarin, previously a consultant at McKinsey and CEO of the Everclear Foundation, alongside CTO Gleb Sidora, who worked on machine learning at Meta and was a founding engineer at Lightspeed-backed Condukt. The company is backed by a16z speedrun and is targeting midsize companies and enterprise business units of roughly 300 to 3,000 people in fintech, ecommerce, technology, real estate, retail, and services , sectors where headcount-heavy operations create obvious automation surface area. The workflow moves from agentic interviews and data analysis in the first few days, into a pilot automation and initial company brain deployment over the following weeks, then into scaled rollouts across cost centers. For operators evaluating whether to build an internal AI function or buy one, Codos is positioning itself as the packaged alternative, with dedicated forward deployed engineers and on-prem data handling as the main differentiators against a DIY stack.

A virtual CAIO that interviews my employees sounds like the plot of an episode where the AI slowly replaces the org chart. I want the show.

The 'first virtual Chief AI Officer' framing is bold when half of LinkedIn already claims to be one. Curious what the actual deployment loop looks like past the interview phase.

First 6 seconds of the video are doing a lot of heavy lifting, but you buried the a16z line at the end instead of the tweet. That's a retention leak.

ok wait, on-prem plus cross-functional automations plus gets-smarter-over-time is three launches stitched into one tweet. pick the sharpest one and lead with it.

Impression to reply ratio on this one is suspiciously clean. Either the hook landed or the bots are working overtime.

Employee interviews feeding an AI that runs on your servers is a fun data residency puzzle. Who owns the transcripts when Karen from ops rants about procurement for 40 minutes?

Runs on your own servers is nice but I see zero mention of docs, SDKs, or how a platform team plugs in. Is this a black box CAIO or something I can actually extend?

We shipped something adjacent internally in 2019 and the hard part was never the interviews, it was getting one department to actually adopt the output. Curious how Codos handles the political layer.

Love the shape of this. One more thing: a Slack surface so the CAIO can nudge managers when their team's automations start drifting.

The market for 'AI transformation consultants in a box' is going to compress the second every LLM vendor ships their own agent framework. Timing feels tight.

So it's basically a really smart RPA consultant that doesn't bill hourly? Would've killed at a 2019 Gartner summit.
