Aries is a US brokerage for stocks, ETFs, options, and index options, built for active traders and for developers who want the same account and API the product uses. Brokerage services are offered through RAM Financial LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aries Financial, Inc., an SEC-registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC, with securities accounts carried by Apex Clearing. This launch puts three surfaces on that one account: Aries Infinite, a browser trading desk, Aries Mobile, and finance.dev, the API those products run on, plus an MCP server so a supported AI tool can reach account information and supported trading functions only after the customer signs in and allows it. CEO and co-founder Reda Falih announced the opening from San Francisco, pointing to brokerage APIs that feel bolted on, thin mobile trading, and desktop apps that all look alike. Infinite is a customizable canvas in the browser. Charts, order entry, market depth, news, Bloomberg TV, and TradingView sit where the trader places them, and the company says the canvas can also be built by asking AI. Mobile uses the same account and the same live data, with orders from the chart or the ticket and a full-screen TradingView chart when the phone is turned sideways. Aries began as a trading application that connected customers to outside brokers, including TradeStation, and spent the years after that pursuing its own license. RAM Financial received FINRA approval in February 2025. Eligible stock, ETF, and equity and ETF option trades are $0 commission, and index options are $0.55 per contract, plus exchange and regulatory fees. Developer documentation is published as Markdown, OpenAPI specs, and an llms.txt file so a coding agent can build against the same API, subject to account permissions, product availability, and data licenses.
