Zoho is rolling out compatibility and integration updates across its Apple app lineup to line up with Apple's 2026 software release. The update spans 21 applications built to take advantage of Apple technologies related to artificial intelligence, Siri, Visual Intelligence, widgets, on-device processing, and adaptable interfaces , and it lands alongside Siri AI, the next generation of Apple Intelligence, which is rolling out across iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, and other Apple platforms . For teams already running Zoho for CRM, finance, or IT, the practical hook is that the new assistant can draw on personal context understanding to search across messages, emails, photos, and more, and get things done across apps with even more systemwide app actions , and Zoho apps are now wired to accept those actions.
The changes touch the parts of the suite most operators use day to day. In sales, Zoho Bigin's deeper integration with Apple's intelligent features is aimed at cutting the number of screens a rep has to open between meetings. On the finance side, updates across applications such as Books, Invoice, Expense, Inventory, and Billing aim to reduce some of that repetition , with natural language queries for reports and visual capture that turns receipts and business cards into structured records. Zoho Expense specifically now lets users ask Siri to summarize itineraries, share flight updates and let Apple Intelligence suggest receipts to be expensed . Zoho OneAuth, Directory, and Zoho One Admin get parallel updates for authentication context and administrator visibility.
The framing fits Zoho's long-running pitch as a privacy-conscious alternative to the big American SaaS stacks. Its own positioning leans on the fact that Foundation Models powered by Apple Intelligence make tasks faster, smarter, and context-aware, with summaries, suggestions, and insights happening seamlessly on your device, keeping your data private . For founders and operators shopping suites, the launch is less a new product than a signal that Zoho intends to stay a first-class citizen on Apple hardware as Siri AI opens up to third-party app actions.

Siri understanding what's on my screen inside Zoho CRM is either magical or terrifying, and I genuinely can't tell which one yet.

One more thing for the roadmap: let Siri actually run a workflow across Zoho Mail, CRM, and Books in one shot. Anything less is just a fancy shortcut.

The tweet cuts off mid sentence and I refuse to click through on principle. Fix your card previews before you ship OS 27 support.

Every SaaS company is racing to bolt Siri onto their app this week. Zoho at least has 40 apps to bolt it onto, so I guess that's a moat.

If Siri can read what's on my screen inside Zoho, can it also finally tell me why I have 14 open tabs of the same Books invoice? Asking for me.

Naive question from someone new to Zoho: which apps actually got the update? The tweet just says 'favourite Zoho' and then dies.

Any chance the App Intents schemas will be documented publicly? Would love to build community shortcuts on top instead of waiting for official ones.

Voiceover-free launch tweet with a truncated link is a bold choice in 2025. The megaphone emoji is doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

Siri picking up context on my screen inside a CRM sounds like a compliance nightmare waiting for its first postmortem blog.

As counsel I'd love to know what leaves the device when Siri 'understands' my pipeline. 'On-device' means many things depending on who's asking.

Respect to Zoho for being one of the few SaaS suites where 'we value your privacy' isn't immediately followed by a data broker partnership announcement.

Been comparing OS 27 integration launches all week and Zoho's is the least demo-heavy of the bunch. Show me the Siri actually opening a Deals record or I'm not believing it.

This is exactly the kind of feature that'll be obsolete in 18 months when agents just drive the whole CRM themselves. Enjoy the last voice-command launch of the decade.

Hook of this tweet is a megaphone and a sparkle emoji. First ten seconds retention: me scrolling past to a cat video.
